Most of our clients feel a positive change in just a few short days based on a scientific change that occurs in the body called metabolic shift. This leads to an increase in energy, better sleep, a regular appetite, better digestion and more!
If your goal is fat loss & you're carrying more than 15 pounds of extra weight, it’s common to lose water, bloat and inflammation in the first 7-14 days, or about 5-10 pounds of weight.
After that, again, depending on current weight and goals, .05 - 2 pounds of weight loss per week is typical.
For those who are already at a healthy weight for their height, weight may not change much at all! But your body composition (muscle to fat ratio) WILL change greatly!
Remember: progress is never linear. Instead of relying on the scale as one metric of success, we help clients track several other bio-feedback markers such as:
~quality of sleep, mood, energy, hip/thigh/waist measurements, relationship to food and alcohol, relationship to body, healthy boundaries, etc.

As coaches, we rely on consistent data over time to understand what works best for your body. Logging your food allows us to provide personalized, accurate guidance tailored to your unique needs.
Beyond supporting your coach, food logging is an invaluable tool for you. It empowers you to quickly learn what’s in your meals and make informed choices with confidence. Thanks to modern technology, this process is simple, efficient, and a critical part of your transformation journey.
Short answer: no. Learning and applying the basics of nutrition science will be powerful enough for transformation because what you eat is responsible for 80% of your body composition and health.
One of our clients lost nearly 30 pounds while bedridden for over half of her 12 week program.
Of course, you'll see faster, better results if you commit to at least 3 strength training workouts per week. We specialize in helping clients grow muscle without bulking to increase your metabolic and allow for a greater flexibility with food intake.
You can do the workouts anywhere (home, gym, on vacation, outside) with very minimal equipment to start.
At the very least, if you do not join our workouts, we recommend plenty of walking daily for a myriad of health reasons.
We do not offer any couples packages at this time. Because each body is unique and each program is tailored to a specific person, all clients must apply and pay separately.
That being said, we find that when couples, roommates and families participate in the program, the entire home environment improves with everyone getting healthy together.

Functional Nutritionists usually seek to solve root causes through some nutritional changes but also by having you spend an exorbitant amount of money on expensive supplements.
We find that many are not trained in body composition optimization, exercise science or metabolic science (i.e. how to feel good internally, eat properly AND how to facilitate more muscle mass and less body fat).
We also find that many adhere to one strict way of eating instead of meeting one’s personal needs (ex: high Fat / low carb focused, plant-based only, carnivore focused, etc.).
